| Marine Drive—or Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Road as it is now officially known—is situated in the southeast of Mumbai, along the shoreline of the Arabian Sea. The promenade was built in the 1920s, from land reclaimed from Back Bay, and is now one of the city’s most popular tourist spots. The waterfront is lined with stalls selling souvenirs and fast food snacks. | ||||||
