| Christians take part in special events in their lives known as sacraments. These sacraments allow Christians to experience the love and power of God. Some Christian churches, such as the Roman Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church, believe in seven sacraments: baptism, confirmation, Communion, marriage, holy orders, penance, and anointing of the sick. Most Protestant churches believe that only baptism and Communion are sacraments. Click on the arrows to learn more about Christian sacraments. |
