Hours of Daylight by Latitude

This table shows the varying length of day with latitude. The day length is calculated as the period between the rising and setting of the sun. It does not include the period of twilight before and after sunrise and sunset. Read the months on the left of the table for the northern hemisphere, and the months on the right of the table for the southern hemisphere.
