Titus Andronicus

Titus Andronicus
Two actors perform a scene from William Shakespeare’s tragedy Titus Andronicus (1594?). Like many of Shakespeare’s early works, Titus Andronicus closely adheres to an established style, or genre. This particular genre, called the revenge tragedy, features a plot centered on righteous retaliation for bloody acts that are staged in sensational detail.
