Remembering Prisoners of War

In 1970 American astronaut Frank Borman undertook a multination tour to secure support for the release of Americans captured during the Vietnam War (1959-1975) and held prisoner in North Vietnam. Here, Borman exhorts members of the U.S. Congress to continue to work for the return of the prisoners.
