Marienburg Castle
Marienburg Castle (in modern Malbork, Poland) served as the headquarters of the Teutonic Knights from 1309 to 1457. Made almost entirely out of brick and covering a total land area of more than 20 hectares (more than 50 acres), Marienburg was one of the largest castles built during the Middle Ages.
