Charles Colson
A close adviser to United States President Richard Nixon, attorney Charles Colson faced indictment for his role in the Watergate scandal. This involved burglaries at the national headquarters of the Democratic party in the Watergate building in Washington, D.C. and at a psychiatrist’s office. Colson spent seven months in prison for the second break-in. He later became a minister.
