Pointe-Noire
Pointe-Noire, one of Africa’s busiest ports, is the seaport for Brazzaville, the Congolese capital. The Congo-Ocean Railroad provides a vital link between Pointe-Noire and Brazzaville. Between the two cities are swamps and rainforests, and the railroad passes through 12 tunnels and over 172 bridges.
