Diego Rivera
Recognized as one of Mexico’s greatest painters, Diego Rivera sought to make art meaningful and accessible to the public. His large wall murals depict social themes and decorate a number of government buildings in Mexico. In 1929 he designed a mural in the National Palace in Mexico City.
