Pterosaur
The pterosaurs were the first noninsect animals to develop flapping flight. Some evidence suggests that pterosaurs were partially warm-blooded. Pterosaurs flew in prehistoric skies from the Triassic Period until they became extinct at the end of the Cretaceous Period.
