Henry Hudson

Henry Hudson
Henry Hudson was a 17th-century English explorer who tried to find a northern sea route to China. He came close to the North Pole but never reached Asia. Two later expeditions took him to North America, where he explored the body of water that came to be known as the Hudson River.
