Isolde

Isolde
Isolde is an illustration by the late-19th-century English painter and graphic artist Aubrey Beardsley. The use of decorative line, stylized figure, and flat space exemplifies the art nouveau style. Beardsley did a large number of illustrations for magazines and books. His use of dramatic darks and lights is well suited to the graphic medium.
