Tarahumara Villagers
Mestizos, people of a mixture of Spanish and Native American descent, make up the majority of Mexico’s population. However, pockets of solely native peoples still thrive in isolated parts of Mexico practicing the traditions and customs of their ancestors. These Tarahumara people have preserved the ways of their ancestors in their tiny village in a remote area of Chihuahua in northwestern Mexico.
