Squid
The squid is a carnivorous mollusk related to the octopus. Around the mouth of the squid are eight sucker-bearing arms and two longer tentacles with widened tips. The tentacles are used to seize prey and pass it to the shorter arms, which hold the prey firmly as the squid’s strong jaws tear it apart.
