Ingrid Kristiansen, born in 1956, Norwegian athlete, and an outstanding long-distance runner of 5000-meter, 10,000-meter, marathon, and cross-country races.

She has won all of the world's leading marathons. In 1986 she knocked 45.68 seconds off the world 10,000-meter record. She was the world cross-country champion in 1988 and won the London marathon in 1984, 1985, 1987, and 1988.
