Frenzy, British motion picture about a serial killer in London, directed by Alfred Hitchcock. Released in 1972, the film follows the exploits of murderer Robert Rusk (played by Barry Foster), who uses a necktie to strangle his female victims. After an innocent man (Jon Finch) is framed for the murders, he escapes from jail and tries to find the real killer.
