Université du Québec en Outaouais, public, coeducational institution in the borough of Hull, city of Gatineau, in Québec, Canada, part of the Université du Québec. The school was founded in 1981. The Université du Québec en Outaouais confers bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in a broad range of fields. It offers courses of study in the arts and sciences, business administration and management, accounting, computer science, education, labor and industrial relations, and social work. It was formerly called the Université du Québec à Hull.
