Yuan Shi, important deity among the Chinese pantheon of Tien Tsun (heavenly honored beings). Son of the creator god Pan Gu, Yuan Shi could walk and talk from birth. Among the Tien Tsun, Yuan Shi heads the triad of gods known as the Three Pure Ones. He has authority over the salvation of humans and indirectly hears via another Tien Tsun, Yu Di (the Jade Emperor), reports on the behavior of families from the Kitchen God, Zao Shen.
