Definition:
 
1. forming predicate: describes an adjective or noun that forms all or part of the predicate of a sentence. In "I am happy," "happy" is predicative, whereas in "a happy face" it is "attributive."

2. grammar stating something: describes a use of the verb "to be" that makes a statement about the subject of the sentence

3. logic acting as predicate: acting as a logical predicate
