Definition:
 
1. bid for advantage: an attempt to gain an advantage by a display of strength or superiority, e.g. in a negotiation or relationship

2. tactic of concentrating players: a tactic used in sports consisting of concentrating players in one area, especially an attack in football that involves extra blockers preceding the person carrying the ball
