Definition:
 
1. garment that hangs from waist: a piece of clothing that hangs from the waist and does not divide into two separate legs, usually worn by women and girls

2. area of garment falling from waistline: the section from the waist to the hem on a dress, coat, or robe

3. something similar to skirt: an attachment shaped like a skirt, or covering the lower part of something like a skirt

4. offensive term: an offensive term for a girl or woman, or women in general ( slang )

5. U.K. food cut of beef: a stewing cut of beef taken from the flank, below the sirloin and rump, and cut from the inside of flank steak
