Definition:
 
1. transitive and intransitive verb be or set something at angle: to be at an angle, or set something at an angle

2. transitive verb cause something to have particular appeal: to make something appeal to a particular group of people

3. transitive verb present information with bias: to present something in a way that is biased toward a particular person, group, or viewpoint
