noun  (plural val·ets)
Definition:
 
1. somebody performing car parking service: somebody employed to park the cars of people arriving at a hotel, restaurant, or airport and bring the cars back for them on departure

2. male hotel or passenger ship employee: a male employee whose duties include cleaning the clothes of hotel guests or passengers on ships

3. male servant: a male personal servant of a man, whose duties include taking care of his employer's clothes and providing his meals
