Definition:
 
1. heavy sword with curved blade: a heavy cavalry sword with a slightly curved blade that is sharp on one edge

2. fencing sword with tapering blade: a light sword with a guard to cover the hand and a tapering flexible blade, used in fencing

3. fencing with saber: the sport or technique of fencing with a saber
