1. wide pants gathered at ankle: loose-fitting pants that are gathered at the ankle

2. 19C tight-fitting pants: tight-fitting men's pants fastened with buttons or ribbons at the ankle and sometimes held with a strap under the instep, worn in the early 19th century

3. 17C English pants: men's wide ankle-length breeches, worn especially in England in the late 17th century

4. baggy pants: pants that fit very loosely ( informal humorous )
