Definition:
 
1. enclosed field for horses: a small field near a house or stable with grazing for horses

2. area for mounting racehorses: an area on a racetrack where the racehorses are paraded before a race and the jockeys mount

3. area for racing cars before race: an area near the pits on an automobile racetrack where cars are worked on before a race
