transitive verb  (past and past participle tweaked, present participle tweak·ing, 3rd person present singular tweaks)
Definition:
 
1. pinch somebody affectionately: to pinch somebody gently and usually affectionately or playfully
tweaked the baby on the cheek

2. twist something quickly: to take hold of something between the finger and thumb and twist it sharply

3. adjust something slightly: to make a slight adjustment or change to something, especially in order to improve it or fix it ( informal )
