Definition:
 
1. group of businesses: an association of businesses jointly contributing capital to a major project

2. business that sells news materials: a business or agency that sells news stories or photographs to the media

3. group of newspapers under same owner: a group of newspapers that have the same owner

4. group of people: a group of people who combine to carry out a business, enterprise, or some other common purpose

5. crime association of gangsters: an association of gangsters that controls an area of organized crime
