Definition:
 
1. botany plant pore: a tiny pore in the outer layer epidermis of a plant leaf or stem that controls the passing of water vapor and other gases into and out of the plant

2. zoology mouth or similar structure: a mouth, or an opening that acts as or is shaped like a mouth

3. surgery surgical opening: an artificial opening made in an organ of the body, especially an opening in the colon or ileum made via the abdomen
