Definition:
 
1. transitive verb follow somebody stealthily: to follow or try to get close to a person or animal unobtrusively

2. intransitive verb walk stiffly and angrily: to walk in a stiff, angry, or proud way

3. transitive verb trouble somebody steadily and malevolently: to assail somebody in a steady and sinister way
