Definition:
 
1. intransitive verb go more slowly: to operate more and more slowly and then stop because the spring by which a mechanism works is losing or has lost its tension

2. intransitive verb relax: to relax after a period of feeling stressed or tense

3. transitive and intransitive verb steadily reduce work: to reduce gradually the amount of work done before stopping completely, or bring a business or activity gradually to an end
