Definition:
 
1. transitive and intransitive verb uncoil: to undo something such as tape or cable by winding, or come undone in this way

2. transitive verb untangle something: to remove or undo the tangles in something

3. transitive and intransitive verb relax: to relieve somebody of tension or worry, or obtain relief from tension or worry
It's sometimes hard to unwind at the end of a busy day.
