Definition:
 
1. gambling game with wheel: a game in which a ball is rolled onto a spinning horizontal wheel divided into compartments, with players betting on which compartment the ball will come to rest in ( often used before a noun )

2. tool with toothed wheel: a tool with a toothed wheel used for making dots, e.g. in engraving, or for making perforations in paper, e.g. on a sheet of postage stamps

3. slits cut in paper: a line of slits or perforations made by a cutting tool on a sheet of paper
