Definition:
 
1. transitive and intransitive verb economize: to reduce something such as costs

2. transitive verb cut something out: to cut out, cut back, or omit something

3. intransitive verb reorganize: to stop doing something in order to reorganize or rethink something
We retrenched and began reorganizing when we realized the plan wasn't working.
