Definition:
 
1. make something wet: to soak something with liquid

2. fill something completely: to fill something with so many people or things that no more can be added

3. commerce supply market fully: to supply a market fully, so that all existing demand for a product is met

4. chemistry fill solution with another substance: to add as much of a liquid, solid, or gas to a solution as it can absorb at a given temperature
