1. yellow or green citrus fruit: a yellow or, in some climates, green oval citrus fruit with a thick fragrant rind and sour juicy flesh

2. tree that bears lemons: a tree with glossy leaves and spiky branches that is widely cultivated to produce lemons. Native to: southeastern Asia.  Latin name Citrus limon.

3. pale yellow color: a pale yellow color typical of the rind of a lemon
