1. child's car with engine: a light open-framed car large enough for a child or young teenager to sit in, containing a small engine and used for racing

2. motor sports 
Same as  kart


3. U.K. child's wagon: a small often home-made wagon for a child to ride in or draw along, especially one consisting of a wooden box mounted on a plank attached to wheels
