Northeast Passage
North·east Pas·sage [ nawrth st pássij ] sea passage extending from the North Sea eastward along the northern coast of Europe and Asia to the Pacific Ocean. It was first successfully navigated by Adolf Erik Nordensköld in 1878-1879.
