Definition:
 
1. dizzy: feeling dizzy or unsteady and as if about to fall down

2. causing dizziness: causing dizziness or a feeling of unsteadiness
climbed to a giddy height

3. elated: extremely happy and excited
giddy with anticipation

4. not sensible: not level-headed and sensible, but likely to act impulsively or behave foolishly ( dated )
