Cra·ter Lake Na·tion·al Park [ kràytər làyk nàshən'l prk ] national park in southern Oregon. Established in 1902, the park includes the circular Crater Lake, situated in the crater of an extinct volcano. At 589 m (1,932 ft), it is the deepest lake in the United States.
