noun  (plural out·laws)
Definition:
 
1. fugitive criminal: a notorious criminal, especially one on the run

2. somebody without legal rights: somebody, often a criminal, who has been officially deprived of legal rights and so is not protected by the law

3. rebellious person: somebody who is rebellious or flouts the law

4. vicious animal: a savage or uncontrollable animal
