Definition:
 
1. continuous hum: a continuous low sound, often one that seems to be coming from some distance away

2. something said quietly: something said that is either very quiet or sounds indistinct

3. complaint: a complaint made in a discreet or secretive way

4. medicine sound in chest: a soft blowing or fluttering sound, usually heard via a stethoscope, that originates from the heart, lungs, or arteries and may indicate disease or structural concerns. It is caused by turbulent blood flow.
