Definition:
 
1. melting of nuclear reactor fuel rods: the melting of fuel rods in a nuclear reactor because of overheating that results in the escape of radioactive materials or radiation

2. overload of computer network: the shutdown of a computer network as a result of a deluge of illegal or wrongly routed packets that saturate the network and force multiple hosts to respond simultaneously

3. complete collapse of organization: a situation of complete collapse of an organization or institution ( informal )

4. extremely angry state: a loss of composure, especially an extremely angry response to something ( informal )
