Definition:
 
1. face covering to hide identity: a covering for the face, worn by somebody to conceal his or her identity
a Halloween mask
two gunmen wearing masks

2. protective face covering: a covering for the eyes, mouth, or face, worn for protection or for medical reasons
an oxygen mask

3. concealing thing: something that conceals or disguises something else such as true motives or feelings

4. ornament resembling face: a representation of a face used as an ornament or decoration

5. zoology animal's face markings: the face or facial markings of some animals such as foxes and raccoons

6. military concealment for troops: a natural or artificial feature that hides military troops and installations from an enemy
