itemize

Definition:
 
1. transitive verb list individual things: to list individually all the things that make up a set or whole
an itemized bill
2. intransitive verb list deductions on tax return: to list separately on a tax return all deductions from taxable income
Unless you want to itemize, you can use the easier, shorter tax form.
