Definition:
 
1. transitive verb present somebody to somebody: to make yourself or another person known to somebody else by saying who you are or who the other person is, as a way of beginning an acquaintance

2. transitive verb bring in something new: to bring something to a place, into existence, or into operation for the first time

3. transitive verb cause somebody to experience something new: to make somebody aware of something for the first time, or give somebody a first experience of something
