Definition:
 
1. allow something as favor: to agree to allow a request, favor, or privilege
She refused to grant any interviews.

2. admit truth of something: to acknowledge, often reluctantly the truth or efficacy of something

3. law transfer property legally: to transfer money, property or rights to somebody in a legal transaction
