1. intransitive verb spend time with people: to spend time socially with other people, especially people with whom it is not regarded as acceptable to be friendly
fraternizing with the enemy

2. transitive and intransitive verb have sexual relationships against regulations: to enter into a sexual relationship with a person of a different rank against military regulations
