Definition:
 
1. transitive and intransitive verb turn something over: to turn something over from one side to the other with a quick movement of the wrist, hand, or fingers

2. transitive verb move something with quick light motion: to move something with a small sharp quick motion
She flipped the light on and walked in.

3. transitive verb toss something carelessly: to throw or toss something carelessly and lightly
