Definition:
 
1. charge something electrically: to charge something with electricity or pass an electric current through something

2. convert something to using electricity: to convert something such as a railroad line or a piece of machinery so that it can operate on electric power

3. music amplify sounds electrically: to amplify electrically the sounds produced by a musical instrument

4. thrill somebody: to cause somebody to feel a sudden and surprising shock, thrill, or sense of excitement
